1. Acceptance of Terms
By using AdNaviFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
AdNaviFlow is a SaaS platform for competitive ad analysis, order management, and e-commerce integrations. Operated by Refurnish EOOD, Bulgaria.
3. Account & Security
- You are responsible for the security of your account and password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Do not share your account with third parties
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
4. Subscription & Payments
- AdNaviFlow is offered on a monthly subscription basis
- Payments are processed via Stripe, ePay, or cash on delivery
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period
- No refunds are provided for partially used periods
5. Shopify Integration
- You may connect a Shopify store via OAuth authorization
- Access to store data is used solely for platform functionality
- You may disconnect your store at any time
- Upon disconnection, we cease access to your store data
6. Prohibited Use
- You may not use the platform for illegal activities
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
- You may not resell or redistribute the service without permission
- You may not upload malicious content or code
7. Limitation of Liability
AdNaviFlow is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from profile settings.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bulgaria.
