When you use AdNaviFlow and connect third-party platforms such as Shopify, we may collect:

Account information: name, email address, business name
Shopify store data: shop domain, name, currency, email
Order data: order numbers, amounts, financial and fulfillment status
Customer data from orders: name, email, phone number
Product data: titles, SKUs, quantities, prices
Usage data: pages visited, features used

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide and operate the AdNaviFlow platform
To sync and display your Shopify orders and analytics
To send service notifications and account updates
To improve platform performance and features
To comply with legal obligations

4. Shopify Integration

When you connect your Shopify store to AdNaviFlow:

We request only permissions necessary to sync orders, products, and customers
Your Shopify access token is stored securely and never shared with third parties
We receive order data via Shopify webhooks in real time
You can disconnect your store at any time from your AdNaviFlow dashboard
Upon disconnection, we stop receiving new data from your store

5. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on secure servers within the European Union. We use encryption and access controls to protect your data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except:

When required by law or legal process
With service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, email) under strict data processing agreements

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon deletion, data is removed within 30 days.
